No from me. The reason I'm saying no is that you've only just joined the forums today and have "1" post. It going to take time for you to prove yourself and show everyone that you should get this title. The problem is when someone is 'spamming' you don't just ask them to stop you give them a warning and if they don't apply to that warning you give them another one or mute them. You haven't really given much information on yourself as well, and if you expect to be given a chance you should give as much information as possible.
